1. The service

K-Notice analyzes Korean-language notices you provide and produces an action plan (deadlines, fees, checklists) with citations to the original text. K-Notice is an informational aid, not professional advice — it does not provide legal, medical, immigration, or financial advice, and analyses may contain errors. Always verify important matters against the original notice or with the issuing organization.

2. Your account

You need an account (email + password) to analyze your own notices. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. You may delete your analyses or stop using the service at any time.

3. Acceptable use

Do not submit content you have no right to share, attempt to disrupt the service, or use automated tools to exceed the plan limits. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

4. Paid plans

Paid subscriptions, when available, are billed through our merchant of record. Prices, plan limits, and the refund policy are shown on the pricing and refund pages at the time of purchase.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from reliance on analysis results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
