Refund Policy

1. Free plan

The free plan requires no payment, so no refunds apply.

2. Pro subscriptions

  • 14-day guarantee: if you are unhappy with your first Pro payment for any reason, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
  • Renewals: cancel anytime before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Renewal charges made in error can be refunded if requested within 7 days and Pro features were not meaningfully used in the new period.
  • Cancellation: takes effect at the end of the paid period; you keep Pro access until then.

3. How to request

Email ironjustlikethat@gmail.com from your account email with the payment receipt or serial. Refunds are processed by our merchant of record to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

4. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, including the Republic of Korea's e-commerce regulations.
